Refund/Cancellation Policy

We at Tees On Time Inc pride ourselves in delivering quality screen printing & embroidery services. However, due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed. If you have any concerns about your order, please reach out to us immediately.

Fulfillment/Shipping Policy

Upon placing your order, you can expect the following:

  • Your order will be screen printed or embroidered based on your specifications.

  • Orders will be delivered to Bair Middle School within 10 business days.

  • Once your order is handed over to the school, you will receive an email notification.

  • Pickup can be arranged by contacting Bair Middle School administrators.

  • Please note, it is your responsibility to pick up your order from Bair Middle School in a timely manner.

Terms and Conditions

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following:

  • You have read and understand our Refund/Cancellation Policy and our Fulfillment/Shipping Policy.

  • All the details provided for the order, including designs and sizes, are accurate.

  • Tees On Time Inc holds the right to refuse service for any reason.
