Fulfillment & Shipping Policy

• Every order is produced in-house at our Pompano Beach facility. Fulfillment timelines and delivery methods depend on your school's arrangement with us.

• School Delivery Some schools receive deliveries directly from us on a regular schedule. Once your order is ready and delivered to the school, you'll receive an email notification. Pickup is coordinated through your school's administration.

• Please pick up your order in a timely manner — we are not responsible for items after they've been delivered to the school.

• Direct Shipping For schools using direct fulfillment, orders are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. You'll receive a shipping notification by email once your order is on its way.

• Production Time Orders are typically produced and ready within 10 business days. During peak back-to-school periods, production may take longer — we'll notify you if your order is affected.
