Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All sales are final. Because every item is custom printed or embroidered to your school's specifications, we are unable to offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed.

  • If you have questions, reach out to us before placing your order — we're happy to help.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you receive an item that is damaged or doesn't match what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll make it right.
